Featured image not showing up for Plane theme

  Howdy!

  I’ve used WordPress a bunch of times before and had no problems with featured images. But I’ve created a new blog and when I add a featured image to my post, it does not show up on the blog post page or the home page. I’ve tried different photos and different sizes. I’ve tried deleting the post and starting over. But I can’t get it to work. Any ideas?

  Hi there! If this is for the site noseinakidsbook.wordpress.com – it’s not working for you because the theme your using (Plane) does not support featured images.

  Featured images are set by the theme so you need to use a theme that supports featured images in order to have them show on your site.

  Well, now I feel silly. I didn’t realize that. I used the block editor to add the photo, and now it’s working fine. Thanks a million!
