featured image not showing when sharing link of blog on facebook (pictorico)

When sharing the link to my blog (Pictorico theme) arctic4abby.wordpress.com on Facebook the featured image is no longer displaying and it used to how can I get it to display again?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We have no control over the images that Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.

Ive had this problem, what does work:-
Add a post on your facebook page, paste the link to your wordpress site in the post and in my case an “upload image” box appears just upload the image you want to show on your post and it will work.
