Featured Image not working

  Hi, when I go through the normal steps to set a featured image it does not work. It was working fine before. It has not worked for my two previous posts. I have tried removing the images and re selecting and updating the post and it still does not work. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time!

  Hi there Aissa, The issue appears to be that the custom header/featured image that you’ve uploaded for your latest post doesn’t have workable dimensions for your theme.

  Your theme’s spec page says that you’ll need to use a custom header image that is 960 pixels wide and 262 pixels high.

  Once you make this adjustment, you shouldn’t have trouble with that header image appearing properly.

  solo the last post was a tiny image alright but the one before Peas Please Juice the image is 881 X over 1200 pixels and that isn’t working either??? Thanks,

  It looks like you have a good header image now at http://veganetcetera.com/ . If it’s cropping too much of the image, however, you may wish to try resizing the image to be exactly 960 pixels wide and 262 pixels high. If your image is larger than that, and doesn’t match those exact proportions, there will be some cropping so the image fits without being distorted.

  MAybe it is on my end, all I see is my normal header image of kale etc. It is setting the featured image is the prob. I tried rescaling the picture of the green juice to 262 high- width ended up at 880pixels and re choosing it as the featured image for the just post and to no avail. My own header is there but not the featured!! Thank you for responding so quickly.

  Ah, I misunderstood that it was just for this post. You will need an image that is at least 960 pixels wide, or it will default to the header image.
