Featured Image on Front Page of Sela Theme Issue

I was using the free theme on wordpress.com and since moving to a self-hosted site, i’ve lost many of the settings I had in place. One of these was the display of the featured image on the homepage. It now does not span across the page, but only takes up about half of it. I am searching high and low to find out how to change this and I am stuck. Can anyone shed light on this?

  • The front page template in Sela looks exactly as your new site shows – see demo here: https://selademo.wordpress.com/

Did you have any custom CSS on your old site? Since you’ve redirected the domain I’m no longer able to check it for you.

These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com, but since you’re now running the WordPress software on your own hosting, could you please post in the Sela forum at WordPress.org:

You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here:

If you have a screenshot of what your site used to look like, please upload it to your media library or a service like Cloudup or Imgur and include the link when posting.
