Hi,I am new to wordpress, so i am trying to navigate and learn as i go. I want to change the featured image of each page (not post)
However even though i change the featured image on the each new page i add, it doesnt show up. It just has the same image as the home page!Am i missing something obvious – also wordpress has put me onto the new gutenberg – but when i edit it seems to flit between the classic editor adn the gutenberg one depending how i access each page –
oh its a mindfield!
Everyone tells me how easy wordpress is, however i am finding this really hard! Can anyone help me with the featured images, so i can move onto the next thing!

Hi there!
Welcome to WordPress!
There are different baby images displaying as featured images on pages of your site. If you are still seeing previous images, then it might be because of browser caching. Clear browser cache or try using a different browser and see if it helps.
You can switch to the classic editor by clicking on the three dots (next to the cog icon) at the top of the post or page editor and selecting “Switch to Classic Editor”.
You can learn more about some popular features from these video tutorials:

I’m new to this site and am trying to customize my site. I was able to put my own header image on the main home page, however there is a generic image that was on the site when i first signed up and I cannot seem to get rid of it…how do i get rid of it??
thanks!
