Featured Image Option not showing up

  How to change the image that appears on Facebook link to a different image in the Blog post?
  The “Featured Image ” option does not show up as a choice for me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry but we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
