featured image option not working

  I know how to set a featured image I have had wordpress for a long time, but no featured image will show up I even deleted and re-did it, only two featured images will show up on the front page. I love this theme please advise

  I see more than two on my end. All of the posts should have featured images or no? There are a few that don’t seem to have any but for the most part I more than two.
