Featured Image or Top Photo on Slider

Our site has sliders on multiple pages that link to other pages. Most of the pages have the featured photo at the top of the page, which also appears on those sliders on the other pages. We have a couple that have a Top Video on the page, and the feature image doesn’t appear anywhere. The sliders that link to the page appear as blank. How can we keep the Top video on the page itself, but use the feature image on the sliders that link to the page?
