featured image problems again!

  Every time I post I have this problem. You’d think I’d know how to solve it by now but my featured image won’t show on my twenty ten page. Its something to do with size but I am a techno-biff so please treat me like an 8 year old. How do I get my featured image on Twenty Ten to show on each individual blog please? I’ve read everything on the WP site and can’t find the answer. My successes so far have been accidental!
