Featured Image Resizing
-
I’m not sure this is possible because the theme I chose for my website doesn’t allow for this, but I’m trying to change the size of the featured image on the front page of my website. I chose the Karuna theme, and the featured image spreads to the edges of the site page. I would prefer to have the image line up with the margins of the default template, but my assumption is that I can’t do that due to the Karuna theme. Is it possible to alter the margins of the featured image?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you asking about the header image on the front page – the picture of the house below your title and menu?
The way this image displays can be changed using custom CSS, but the option is only available to users on Premium and Business plans. (As a volunteer I don’t know which plan you are on.)
If you do have the ability to add custom CSS, you can add this code to the CSS tab in the Customizer:
.site-header { padding: 0 5%; margin: 0 0 3.2em; }The 5% number is what controls the space to the left and the right of the image. Setting it to a higher percentage will add more space.
