Featured Image settings

How do I turn off the Featured Image for a specific page so that the image does not replace the custom header image that should be featured at the top of every post. I have a featured image for all of my blog posts. They are meant to be seen only for my publicize feeds. But there is one featured image that actually shows up as the website header instead of the custom blog header. How do I fix? http://chanakohl.wordpress.com/2013/01/07/are-gmos-kosher/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Featured images in Chateau replace the default header image if they are in the pixel dimensions of the header image (or larger). So if you don’t want this to happen, just make sure the images you use are narrower than 960px.
By the way, the image you’re referring to is 2402x3140px. Uploading such huge images is a waste of storage space anyway. Ideally all images you use for your blog should be downsized to reasonable dimensions in an image editing application prior to uploading.
