Featured image showing up as broken image place holder

  Hi,
  The featured images on some of my recent posts no longer show up, but in place of them are those little image place holders. The theme being used is Fly away. I do have featured image set. I’ve been searching the web and trying to figure it out but so far no luck. I hope any gurus out there please help me. What is wrong with these new posts? Thank you in advance.
