Featured Image Size on Homepage Recent Posts (Kale Theme)

  Hi, I am currently using Kale theme with the home page showing recent posts. I’ve enabled featured images to show for the posts but they show as different sizes and I would like all the featured images to be the same size on the home page.

  I’ve uploaded the photos and cropped them to be the same size but one always shows up bigger than the other.

  Can someone help?
