Featured image & slider

  Hello !!
  I need help with one of my website using your theme. I read the instructions but I still have problems with my images to appear on the slider. I use wordpress version 3.8.1.

  – I add the word Featured on my tags (capitalized F)
  – the size of my image is 920 x 640
  – in wrote an article, I added a featured image and I tag the article with the word Featured

  – in Settings -> Reading -> Featured Content : I don’t have this…
  – in Settings -> Writing -> I Article Format by defaut > I selected Image, is it good ?

  Several times you say that we can set the featured post tag for your slider by going to Appearance → Customize → Featured Content. => But I don’t have this in Apparence > Customize…

  I really need your help.
