Featured Image Starts With Older Post

  This issue started today. For some reason each time a featured image is added to the carousel, an older post that used to be a part of it is moved to the front as the first one. This changes each time a new post is added and that first post in the carousel changes.

  For example as of this post, the first article in the carousel was created on 10/21 then the second, third, and fourth were on 10/23.

  I think the date of the post doesn’t matter for the featured posts that appear on the carousel.

  The idea of carousel / grid in any theme is to highlight and improve the visibility of the featured content. So date and the order of display on the carousel should not really matter.

  I am also having this problem. Just started today. If you figure out a way to fix it, please share, its really annoying!
