featured image thumbnail replaced by wordpress symbol when sharing

I have mixfolio theme. I have configured the posts to automatically share into twitter and facebook.
Instead of the featured image/the picture that is in the post, what appears in the facebook from both feeds is the wordpress emblem. This detracts people from liking my post in facebook, as they cannot see the photograph??? Is anyone else having a similar issue? I am getting a bit annoyed with it.
I can from the post itself using the buttons do this and it the thumbnail photograph works but not from the automatic feed.- help anyone??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this. When using Publicize, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
