Featured image – video

I’m pretty new to this theme, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to make my featured image, a video that automatically plays and is compatible with phones. Thanks in advance.

It appears you are currently using the Pique theme. Unfortunately, it looks like that there isn’t a way to make a video your featured image when using that theme.
If you aren’t tied to the theme you are using, however, there are several themes that are offered on WordPress.com that support video in the header or featured content area. You can find those themes here:

As Shane mentioned, Pique doesn’t support featured video by default. You might want to look at Twenty Seventeen, which supports video in the custom header area.
An alternative could be to use a plugin for featured video with Pique, which you can do since your site has the Business plan. There are a few options you could experiment with here:

is compatible with phones
Even in themes that support background video (Twenty Seventeen), the video usually doesn’t run on mobile devices, where bandwidth is a big consideration.
