Why is there an empty space on my front page where the featured image should be?

  Hello, It was working ealier. I had a featured image in the slideshow portion of the modurately lite theme however now its just a big gab between the header and the first post. I dont understand what is wrong. I tried to put new posts up and add a featured image however none of them will show up in the featured image slot. I even have the pixels exactly to match the outline?

  I took a look at your media library, but I wasn’t able to locate the featured image that you are using on your most recent post. Can you please remove the image using the “Remove Featured Image” link at the bottom right at https://audiothadj.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=257&action=edit and then upload it again?

  Please let me know how it goes.
