Featured Image Won't Update

    I’m using the Canard theme for my blog and I want the home page to update the featured images every time I post something new. Right now it won’t update the featured images to my latest post even when I put the tag to do so. What do I do?

    Hi @manuellopez989!

    Thanks for letting us know this was happening. When I checked your site, I could see 5 posts in the Featured content area, and the tags page listed a total of 7 with the Featured tag. But there were only two that were actually displaying the tag.

    I did a little testing, and it didn’t update initially for me, but after adding and removing the Featured tags on the posts that looked like the incorrect ones, it seems to be working now – can you test adding and removing the tag from a couple of posts, and let me know if it is still giving you trouble?

    That seems to be doing the trick. Do I have to manually add and remove a featured tag every time to do this or this some way I can have the latest post with the featured tag bump out an old one?

    You should be able to leave the tag in place, and it will only show the most recent batch – bumping out the old ones as you’ve described :)
