How can I use featured images?

  Dear WordPress Team,

  I really love the featured image option on my blog, but I have been having problems with managing them. Even though I tried to remove some images, they still appear. I followed the instructions, saved changes and updated, but still no luck. The latest image is distorted and I would like to remove or replace it if possible. Your help would be very much appreciated.

  Hi, and thanks for your reply. The image is not actually distorted in the post itself – only in the slide show that appears at the top of my blog homepage. Here is the link:

  In this case, the slideshow is squishing the image to fit inline with the other image dimensions.

  I recommend cropping the photo down to match the others.

  The dimensions on the other images are 950 x 425.
