I have placed three similar posts on my blog, Relevant Review. All three have a featured photo, but only one of the three posts is actually showing the featured picture on its page. All 3 photos fit the right dimensions and are jpg’s, but only the one shows up. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I confirm that only this http://relevantreview.wordpress.com/2013/01/22/market-street-kitchen/ is displaying an image in Firefox 18. I tagged this thread for Staff. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

All 3 photos fit the right dimensions
They don’t. A featured image in The Columnist will show up at the top of the single post if it’s at least 610px wide. Your “msk-main-dining-room-credit-to-werner-segarra” is 2000px wide, but “citrine1” is only 426 and “gf-bakery1” is only 413.

It’s when you click on the individual articles that they don’t show up, richarmtl. justpi, how do I increase the pixel size? I’m new to this…and thanks!

I’m sorry Rochell, I misunderstood your question.
Regarding the size of your images, it’d actually be best if they were that wide before you upload them. If your original is wider than 610px, you don’t have to do anything because the theme will shrink it for you. If the original is not at least 610px wide, you might want to pick another image because it won’t look as good if it’s enlarged; you’d have to enlarge it before uploading it, as well.
I hope that clarifies things, let me know if you have any more questions!

That’s what I was asking…how do i adjust them before i upload them? I don’t have photoshop, and I’m on a MacBook. I can’t seem to make it happen.

Like I said, if they are bigger than 610px wide, you don’t need to do anything, simply upload them, and the theme will modify them for you
Otherwise, there are lots of image editors for OSX, such as Pixa, Pexelmator, and so on, for $30 or less. You can also do a Google search for “free mac image editor” for example, to find free editors.
Hope that helps!
