Featured Images

Hi I use the bouquet theme and so far have not upgraded aside from buying my domain name (mungleville.com). I’ve getting annoyed that when I post something and it is shared on my twitter/facebook etc I can’t control which thumbnail is chosen to go next to the post description. I’ve read that I can change this under the featured image’ option, but I can’t find this on the dashboard. I don’t want to change my heading or anything, so do I still need to upgrade to be able to use this option and choose my thumbnail?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The featured image option is underneath your post editor on each individual post. You can read more about where to find it here:
Featured ImagesYou can read more about how Facebook chooses images here:

thanks I had already looked at that post and i can’t see page attributes anywhere, which is why i wondered if it was only available once upgraded?

Ah, I’m sorry. It looks like Bouquet does not support featured images. However, here are some similar themes that do:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/adelle/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/zoren/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/misty-lake/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/liquorice/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/grisaille/You might see if you like one of those just as well as Bouquet. If not, try making sure that the image you want Facebook to use is the first one inserted in your post and is also the largest.
