  Hello! I am running an online Newspaper website. I am trying to add new photos to my featured photos but it does not give me access. I cannot add to the Media. The only way I can add photos is in the post itself using Add Media -> Insert from URL. I need to be able to add featured images but none of the photos I upload go through. Please let me know what I can do!
  I have already turned off my plugins but that did not help. I also cannot delete past photos because they are linked the articles that are posted.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

  This forum can only assist with sites hosted on WordPress.com servers. You haven’t provided the address of the site you’re working on. If it is goldengatexpress .org then that site isn’t hosted here and you need to register an account at the correct forum as provided by @kokkieh earlier.
