Featured images are being cropped on mobile browsers

  The featured images on my home page and various other pages are being cropped when accessed via a mobile browser. How do I prevent this happening?

  Is there also a way to change the format of drop down menus? I would like to make it transparent.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!
  According to https://wordpress.com/theme/goran,

  Quick Specs (all measurements in pixels)

  The main column width is 700 except in the full-width layout where it’s 1086.
  A widget is 314.
  Featured Images for posts are 772 wide by unlimited high.
  Featured Images for pages are 1230 wide by 1230 high

  If your featured image is larger than this, you might have troubles.

  I suggest that you read this support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/ as you are using a responsive layout theme and we disable the mobile theme when we use a responsive theme. See here too https://wordpress.com/theme/goran
