Featured Images blurry in Yoko

  Hello, I apologize if this has already been covered. I couldn’t find help on it in a search. Every time I try to upload an image as a featured image in a blog post it shows up blurry. The thumbnails are fine, but when the image is blown up at the top of the post it is grainy. I’ve tried re-sizing but that hasn’t helped. Please help!
