Featured Images not appearing on Twenty Eleven

  I think I’ve followed all the instructions carefully. I’ve uploaded selected featured images to static pages. The images show up on the editing pages. I’ve pressed update. I’ve cleared cache. But my featured images are not showing up when I go back to the blog itself. Instead I only see the blog header image from the home page on every subsequent page.
