Featured images Post Slider not working on Forever theme

I just changed my theme to Forever and I can’t seem to get the post slider feature working. I originally tried sticky posts in image formats, with featured images, but when that didn’t work, I switched them to the normal format. They still showed up as separate posts instead of a slider. I did exactly what it told me to, which is:
Featuring posts in a slider on your home page is easy. You just need sticky posts with Featured Images. Every sticky post you have (up to 10) that has a Featured Image (at least 888 pixels wide) attached will show up there. Easy! (http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/forever/)
What am I doing wrong?

I just tested this on an inactive website. Featured images displayed in the slider, linking to the posts. The two requirements are, as you’ve noted above:
1. the post is sticky
2. the post has a featured image with a width of at least 888 pixels.Is this the case with the posts having featured images that you wish to display in a slider? They are set as “sticky” in the Publish module, at Visibility?

And the images are the proper size, 888 pixels or greater?

Hi there,
So I checked your Sticky Posts and found that there were no Featured Images added to the last two posts. And the first post has a featured image but the width is only 698 px. Please add featured images to your posts that have a width of at least 888 px.
