Featured images wont display

  I recently move my website to a sub-directory on my server and now my featured images won’t display. When images are uploaded they are there for a while and then it disappears.
  My website is http://www.premierleaguestore.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I forgot to mention, i did a rename before moving the website on the server.
