Featured Item TITLE

  I am unable to title or write a description under my featured items on each page.

  i have the custom photography website. Does anyone know how to title the featured item? Or do I have to go into photoshop and layer in the copy and just post the image?

  Featured image title is generally not shown by almost all of the themes.

  So as you said, make the title part of the image using Photoshop.
