Featured page area

    Hi guys!
    I’m looking to get some help on custom codes for a page I’m working on. I know very little about CSS and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

    Using the Forefront theme: https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/forefront/

    In the featured image of my front page, I would like to make the text black, not white – as well as adding a button below like the one in the demo that says “Buy Gold Now.”

    In the demo for this theme, where it lists the different page layouts, I would like to be able to have 3 images lined up the same way the different layouts are, acting as links to custom URLs.

    Would it possible to remove the testimonials from the front page?

    Also, I would really love to see a gold square behind the pages in the header navigation bar when the mouse is hovering over it.

    Lastly, can I align the navigation menu in the footer on the right, and reduce the size a bit? It takes up a lot of space.

    I know this might be asking a lot, let me know if you can help!

    Hi williamdane

    Try this custom CSS.

    .front-page-content-area .with-featured-image .entry-content {
        color: #111111;
    }

    Select Appearance > Customize > CSS from your Admin Dashboard and enter the custom CSS there.

    You need to be on the WordPress.com Premium Plan for custom CSS to save. You can only preview custom CSS on the free plan.

    .clear.testimonials {
        display: none;
    }

    .navigation-main a:hover {
        background-color: #D8C16E;
    }
