Featured Panel will not go forward

  I have a website, http://www.johnmarshallcustomhomes.com, which uses the Spectrum News theme. For some reason a few weeks ago the Featured Panel would no longer scroll forward when you click on the forward button. It will scroll forward automatically, but not manually. You can scroll backwards by clicking on the back button.

  I have looked at all of the settings and I do not see anything that would disable the scroll forward functionality.
