Featured Picture not showing…

    Hello all,
    This should be an easy fix, I’d hope :)
    My blog page is at: http://efferomuto.wordpress.com/blog/
    The theme I’m using is: Structure by Organic Themes

    While I’ve set the featured image at the Blog page level as well as on the Settings>>General>> Blog Picture/Icon
    No picture is showing on the blog page where the source indicates a Featured Image
    What am I missing?

    Alternatively, is there a way to remove the Featured Image and Welcome Text for the Blog landing page?
