I’m sorry but that site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and yours is. We cannot install a slider on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We cannot edit either templates or themes and CSS editing cannot be used to change functionaity on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

You have accidentally posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

@modudabase, you can absolutely check out the code. The Twenty Eleven theme is in the WordPress.org Theme Directory here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/twentyeleven
The showcase stuff is in a template page named showcase.php:
http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/twentyeleven/1.3/showcase.phpNote that, as @timethief mentioned, you cannot edit the code for WordPress.com blogs, but you can totally examine it using the links I mentioned above if you want to learn how it works.
