Featured Post Banner is not visible?

  Hi i am using mystique theme in the new blog, but there is a banner on the theme as a featured post but I dont know how to turn it on, on my blog it is not coming on https://statworkshop.wordpress.com . thanks

  How to make a featured post, there is no option visible for that?

  scroll down to “Featured (“Sticky”) Post”
  One featured post will show up in the header if the post is set as sticky, has a featured image attached, and the featured image is at least 940 pixels wide. If you have more than one post that meets these criteria the most recent post will be displayed.

  The featured post area will show in the header of every site page unless you expressly turn it off in Appearance → Theme Options; in that case it will only be displayed on the home page.

  If you don’t see the Featured Image module on your Add New or Edit Post page, please make sure you’ve selected Featured Image in your Screen Options. http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options
