Featured Post on Ideation theme

  I am not seeing how to create the featured posts on the home page for Ideation theme. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m seeing a Blogger blog linked to your WordPress.com username. I guess you must mean the blog that the software automatically provided the URL for at http://whitakersimmentals.com/

  This is the theme description http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/ideation-and-intent/ which does include a link to featured images documentation http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-image
