Featured Post Options Problem

  I’m using the theme The Morning After, and I am having trouble making the “Featured Post Options” and “Aside Post Options” show up on my blog. I have the Featured Thumbnail size set at 80. I click save settings once I put in my headings, and still the feature and aside posts do not show up on my homepage. How do I get them to show up on my page?
