  Hi,

  I wanted to have the featured post widget in which the widget only shows the necessary post we chose to be shown. But I don’t know how to get it. I saw some online posts said I can install it using plugins, but it seems like my dashboard does not have one. So I would really appreciate it if I could have plugin menu in my dashboard so that I could adjust and install the featured widget. Thank you in advance.

  We don’t have a featured posts widget. You can use a text widget to create your own though and you can include thumbnail images.

  There is no FTP access and no plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
