I categorized my featured posts but they are all on the right side of the home page. The latest blogs are taking up all the space. How do I get the featured blogs to be underneath the Slider? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The Featured Content section of the Chronicle theme Overview says:
Chronicle includes support for Featured Content, allowing you to showcase the biggest stories on your site. The 4 most recent posts tagged as featured content will be displayed in a prominent row of images on the homepage.
To enable the slider simply select the post tag you want to use and enter it on the Appearance → Customize → Featured Content page in the Featured Content area. Then, just tag up the posts you want to be flagged as special and Chronicle will add them automatically. As you can see in the screenshot above, the slider looks great when it has a Featured Image selected.
In other words, you must set a featured content tag at Customize → Featured Content, and then assign that tag to the posts you want displayed in the featured content area.
The Chronicle theme, like all WordPress.com premium themes, has its own forum where you may ask questions directly to the theme designer(s). The Chronicle forum is here: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/chronicle

Those appear to be posts in a Categories widget, placed in a sidebar widget area. The Featured Content section described in the theme guide is not a widget, nor located in a widget area. Also, it depends upon a special featured content tag set at Customize > Featured Content, not upon assigning categories to posts.

Hi there,
It sounds like you might be confusing featured posts with featured categories.
Featured posts are the posts to which you have the featured tag assigned. That tag can be anything you want, and you specify it in the Customizer in the Featured Content section. Currently you have that set to the default value,
featured, but I see no posts on your site at the moment with that tag. You’ve added a category “featured” to a number of posts, but that won’t do anything. Featured posts only work using a tag.The section you see in the sidebar is a unique feature of your theme which displays posts from a featured category. You can assign any category on your site to that area, and you do that from the Theme section in the Customizer.
Let me know if any of this is unclear.
Also note that your Business Plan gives you access to 24/7 live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, so you don’t need to post in the forums for help with your site.
