Featured posts and one "sticky" post to appear at the top
-
Hi everyone,
For my site http://hollymunnblog.wordpress.com I’ve tagged 5 blog posts as “featured” in order to get the layout right. Perfect.. that’s working.
Then I’ve marked one of those posts as “sticky” using the orange sticky flag. I want that sticky post to always appear at the top (under the navigation menu). But the Expound theme doesn’t seem to recognize “sticky” and publishes the posts in chronological order (i.e. newest post tagged “feature” appears at the top). Suggestions?
Right now I have the layout just as I want with the “About” post as the first article but I had to republish that post with a date after all the articles.
This will be a problem once I start adding new posts though. I don’t want to have to adjust the date and republish the “About” post just to get it into the right spot.
Thanks in advance for your help! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
