Featured posts in Twenty Eleven

  I just switched to the Twenty Eleven theme, and I’m wondering how to choose which posts appear on “featured post” on the showcase page. By default, it seems to show my most recent posts, but I’d like to be able to choose which ones stay there.

  Have you read the tutorial found here? http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyeleven/ I’ll flag this thread so it is moved to the Themes Forum for you. There the Themes Staff who monitor that forum will answer your questions.

  Thanks, that’s exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t aware of sticky posts or I probably would have figured it out on my own. :)

  Note that you must mark only one post as a sticky. If you mark more than one (as you’ve done), the most recent one shows up as a featured post and the rest vanish from your homepage.
