Featured Slider/Content Not Showing in Customization Window

  Hi,

  I am using a Highend Theme and the homepage customization window does not have a tab to customize the featured slider. Please advise on how to show that tab.

  Hi Jared,

  Often theme itself does not have options to amend main page, also there is no place to simply add Customize button.
  But you can try to create a custom starting page (probably using various plugins) and then assign it to become your theme main page (Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings > Static page).

  If that does not help, please specify your website address and what exactly do you want to change on featured page.

  Thanks for the response!

  I was hoping to not have to build the home page from scratch, but that might be the best option rather than keep wasting my time trying to edit the demo page from Highend.

  I am using the Life Coach demo from Highend and I want to change the Featured Content in the slider on the homepage. However, it appears that the demo doesn’t have the Featured Content tab in the Customize window. I also can’t find anywhere to edit the slider within the page editor in WordPress.

  Here is a link to the website but I am not sure you will be able to access it since I haven’t activated the site yet. Website.

  Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. I like the slider and would like to keep it on my homepage but I need to be able to edit its content.

  Hi Jared,

  to use/modify the revolution slider there must be a separate plugin “Revolution Slider” installed, do you have it installed? If not this one, maybe some other similar plugins could solve the problem, like “Smart Slider 3” ?

  But your theme is not free, we can not reproduce your problem. Therefore, as long as this topic is about theme problem, I would again suggest to look for help at Highend documentation and Highend support forums.
