featured slider in forever theme

  Hi,

  I’m using the forever theme with no updates and no matter what I do I can’t seem to access the featured slider for the homepage. I’ve uploaded photos that are wider than 888 pixels, made them featured and sticky and absolutely nothing is happening. I want the slider to span the whole width of the home page and of course have several pics rotating in it – but I can’t seem to get anywhere near doing that. I created a slideshow, but that’s not what I want, I want the actual slider.

  Hello, I am new here and trying to find out how to do a couple things. First, I have managed to get a featured header but I don’t see how to make the slider work – or even set it up. I’m looking for the advertised language of “featured slider”.

  Second, how can I get my front page to have the three or four photos horizontally laid out at the base of the front page like in the sample of Forever theme? I assume when clicked on the images posts those posts will appear?
