Features missing!

  I don´t have the “Install Themes” tab in Appearence/Themes, and don´t even have an “Add New” option, so I´m not able to upload and activate a different theme than the ones offered by WP. I also can´t find the “Editor” for CSS Editing as I´m not having it in Appearence menu.

  Do you know what must be happening? I´m totally new on this, is there something missing in my account?

  That’s because we can’t install custom themes in WordPress.com. Only self-hosted WordPress.org users have that ability. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The only themes that are supported on WordPress.com can be found here: http://wordpress.com/themes/

  For the ability to add custom CSS to your site’s theme you need to buy the Custom Design upgrade at $30 per blog per year.
