Features suddenly not working

  Just today, I can no longer reply to comments or add photos to blog posts. Also, the stats don’t load on my dashboard, and clicking on “Help” at the top right corner of the dashboard also didn’t work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Update – It may be a browser issue. The functions I mentioned above still work on my Macintosh, using Safari as a browser. On my PC, running Internet Explorer 9, they don’t. Not sure why everything worked yesterday but not today?

  Howdy,

  We’re working an issue that developed that’s impacting folks using Internet Explorer 9.0 specifically. While we’re getting this fixed, would it be possible for you to either upgrade to IE 10 or to use Firefox or Chrome?

  Yep. I tried Chrome last night and seemed to have full functionality, so I’ll use that for now. Will you let me know when the IE9 issue is resolved? Thanks for letting me know.

  Thanks for your patience. We’ve fixed up the issue, so while we encourage you to use Internet Explorer 10 or the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, IE 9 works as expected again.
