  hello, I would like to know that if one purchases the domain name, what features are available to the buyer along with the domain? I mean, is the buyer then allowed to place ads? what other features are allowed?

  Every upgrade here gives you only exactly what it says it does. Only the VIP program allows you to put ads on your site, and it costs $30,000 per year.
