Features won't load

  I’m not sure if something is off with my account or if it’s a flash-issue but my webpages won’t load, and I have a Business plan but the site acts as if I’m a free account.

  I don’t see anything that could be causing issues with your site, are you sure you’re managing the correct one? I can see two sites under your account vitalcareerservicesorg.wordpress.com – the free one, and vitalcareerservices.org.

  Thanks so much for checking. I tried opening WordPress on Firefox instead and it loaded. Do you know what WordPress uses in order to load the webpages in our dashboard? I also had trouble loading the contact information you had posted about the live chat. I wasn’t sure if it’s a plugin issue or something else when I used the Microsoft Edge browser.

  Hmm, I’m not sure I understood, so let me rephrase and see if we are on the same page.

  You mean to say you visited https://wordpress.com/help/contact and from there you were not able to start a live chat? When I visit that page I see a place to ask a question and the button below that says “chat with us”

  Please note that you will need to type in your question first, it is not possible to click the “chat with us” button if you have not first typed in your question.

  Are you still not able to start a chat after trying that? If not please let us know!

  @vitalcareerservices I also wanted to add that I noticed you have two sites on your account, both with ‘vitalcareerservices’ in the site name. One site is ‘free’ and the other site is on the Business Plan.

  If you notice that you are on what appears to be a free site, it sounds like you are on the second site (vitalcareerservicesorg.wordpress.com) not the one you want to be on.

  If you wish you can cancel the ‘free’ site, which appears to be unused and looks to be causing confusion. To delete the site visit this page.
