Fed up
-
1. I have wasted countless minutes trying to get wordpress.com to even notice wth my login credentials are as it NEVER can recognize it so I am forced to reset the damn thing every time. And that won’t even get me to where I need to go. It’s a constant battle when my credentials to log in wont even work. And yes they are written down.
2. I had to create a brand new login just to get to the forums. So before you make a comment that I am not a paying customer you better hold that tongue because I pay for wordpress.com. I know the difference between the .org account. So don’t redirect me to .org
3. Your support structure for an organization is an atrocity aside from the organization on the flow between sites on ease of navigation. I have wasted nothing but time trying to deal with your site.
4. I can’t even log into my paying site I have with you because there is an issue with the theme that I paid for as a one of your “premium” packages. I activated my theme and I can’t even get to my admin home page
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _verify_isactivate_widgets() (previously declared in /home/content/78/8356278/html/wp-content/themes/pitch/functions.php:450) in /home/content/78/8356278/html/wp-content/themes/pitch/premium/functions.php on line 62
I am a very patient man but I am done. I do not spend all my time learning wordpress because I spend my time making money with clients and this is just a serious pain in the ass. I’m not trying to bash you but come on. Seriously what are you all doing there to where nothing seems organized as a business and this whole process is absurd.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your error message is typical of WordPress.ORG installs
But since you insist you are a paying customer of WordPress.COM and you will call me some sort of bad words if I send you to .ORG –
we do however need the actual URL of the site you need help with to give you accurate help, it also looks like you have a theme issue so we need the name of the theme that I am guessing you bought from WordPress.COM
-
Look I’m not calling you any bad words. You’re not the one that has had a constant headache with this thing. I’m THE CUSTOMER. I’m not calling you anything, so there is no need from sass on your end. Do you know what would happen if I mouthed off to my clients, because of an issue with my services, with that kind of retort? They would tell me to f off. How many times do you all get confused customers about .org and the .com? It’s a legit question and a rhetorical one. So don’t come back at me with “you will call me some sort of bad words if I send you to .ORG “. So how about instead of attitude, you offer some official business customer service and talk me down from being an upset customer? You decided to take my post personal when I am a frustrated customer against an entire business system.
My domain is intrendsic.com and the theme that has errors is pitch premium.

Thanks for the additional info – however you are really not going to like my answer – you appear to be hosted at Godaddy and looking at the available themes WordPress.COM has I can not find a “pitch” theme, and your domain name is not mapped to a blog on WordPress.COM
So you if you have a WordPress web site then you are running the WordPress.ORG software and need to get help from WordPress.ORG
