FedEx Premium plugin is stuck on home delivery

  My checkout cart weather its residential or commercial it all wants to be shipped Fedex ground home delivery. I have been working on this with my employees, Fedex (official) and fedex xadapter ( a.m hours that im sleeping because they are in India and want to email all hours of night) they are no help. They actually screwed up my cart & checkout when i gave them my passwords to go in and fix the issue, then they said they cant get in to figure it out ( after 72 emails in the last 2 days) they still cant figure out there plugin. then i had to lock them out why my website developer fixed everything they screwed up and that took him 4 hours.
  Im thinking its an API situation and someone said to go to woocommerce because its there storefront plugin. so here i am 2 weeks later and burned out. Then notice there is no contact or email to reach Woocommerce. Please help if you can.
  Or recommend me a plugin that can determine residential and commercial at checkout and doesnt cost $99 like i just spent with FedEx xadapter.
  Just throwing this in here, but are the basic plugins suppose to know the difference of commercial and shipping?
