    I was recently charged for domain registration and domain mapping and I cancelled this previously. To be clear, I would like to cancel all sites and be refunded the charges please. Thank you.

    There hasn’t been any charges on your account since 2017, could it be that you’re logged into a different one?

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
