    nourishingourfamily.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
